Our heat treatment program covers a large number of services, from hardening and annealing via inert gas or flame hardening up to stress-free annealing. For these processes, we dispose of modern equipment with several computerized multi-purpose batch furnaces and vertical retort furnaces.

To ensure the quality of our work and the reproducibility of the results – especially with serial manufac­ture – we carry out all necessary checks and inspections in our laboratory. During heat treatment we automatically check and document the relevant parameters; these include others: temperature, temperature/time curve and composition of the furnace atmosphere.
