At Aker Wirth we attach great importance to regularly comparing our work with that of other companies and subsequently identifying potential for improvement.
For the second time, Aker Wirth has been awarded the prestigious "Top 100" label, after being selected as one of the 100 most innovative small-to-midsize companies in Germany. For this cross-sectoral benchmarking of companies' perfomances, we were able to convince the jury of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration of the quality of our innovation management. A key factor in the globally-successful technological and innovative advances of Aker Wirth in many areas is the close cooperation with its customers.
The best German small-to-midsize company employers are presented with the "Top Job" seal. In 2011, and for the second year in a row, Aker Wirth received this award. In a scientific study, the highly-reputable University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) examined every aspect of the human resources department at Aker Wirth and made comparisons with other small-to-midsize companies. Our outstanding personnel management proved to be convincing, and we achieved particularly good results in the “Personnel development & perspectives” category.
